Coaching

In coaching, you take center stage — spot on! How are you? What’s on your mind? What‘s the problem, the leading question? Coaching is a space where everything can be voiced. First, we open the field, then we structure and prioritize together. We work toward solutions and decisions that feel right when head, heart, and gut align — and we stay with it until they do.
For me, coaching is taking time out. As your coach, I accompany you in observing yourself: Which systemic dynamics are you part of? What resources do you have? Which patterns shape your actions? And above all: What are your concerns and goals? From this self-observation, we explore possible solutions — and then you decide!
